I believe in the sacred nature of relationships. Together we can navigate what is true and work towards a place of acceptance and surrender in order to move about the world from a place of empowerment. My approach is centered around what works best to meet you where you are in life and expand outward from a place of grounded support.

I work with most of the major insurance companies, including United HealthcareOptum, Cigna, Anthem BCBS, Aetna and Husky. I am also able to support out of network care with other insurance companies. You will want to contact your insurance company directly to familiarize yourself with your specific plan. I also accept self pay clients.

I currently provide sessions in my Manchester, CT office or virtually based on your preference. I am licensed to provide therapy in Connecticut and Rhode Island.
